Returns & Exchange Policy

Returns:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order and would like to return it please follow the below instructions very carefully.

Any item can be returned within 7 days of the item being received.

Any items can be refunded provided that the item is unused, unworn and is returned exactly as received.

All orders are sent out flat, in their protective netting and a clear bag so that colour matching can be done without needing to remove the item from the packaging.

We CANNOT accept returns that have been removed from their protective bags, brushed, worn, hair sprayed, cut, smell of perfumes or smoke unless, there is a visible fault with the wig upon removal from the protective packaging.

If the item is returned and is not in it's original condition and packaging we reserve the right to reject the refund or refund less than the full value of the item.

IF THE WIG IS FAULTY:

If there is a visible fault with the wig, e.g exposed tracks, bald patches etc, then we will require a photo to be sent showing the fault and we will review the evidence to identify the fault and happily refund the order if we identify the fault, you can either email, facebook message or instagram message us if there is a fault with your wig.

The customer is required to cover the cost of the returns postage.

For your own protection we recommend all returns are posted via recorded delivery.

If your return is lost in the postal system we cannot refund or exchange until the package has been found/tracked.

REFUND POLICY

 

Refunds are issued on the payment method used at the time of purchase. We usually refund returned items within 3-4 working days of receiving them. We guarantee to do so within 14 days.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you purchase an item but then decide to cancel the order, please  contact us through phone, email, social media.  If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will immediately cancel the order and refund you. If the order has already been dispatched, then you can return the item for a refund (see Returns Policy above).
